Quick... Name all the 1st round draftees at WR from THE Ohio State university.
I said QUICK!!! Lets go!!!!
No. It's clever but not a violation.
The Browns made Robiski a 2nd round pick - waived!
Browns have made a lot of dumb draft picks...

This may not be against the rules but the Ohio State coach ripping quick and indirect manner because he heard he was going to Louisville is Bushleague.
Quick picks Louisville. Must be nice to keep your hometown stars. Cards have HUGE momentum, they kept their coach, huge athletic budget, numerous high rated recruits, brand new conference, only ticket in town, won a big bowl game against a legit opponent.
AND very little/no competition where they are and a MB-style deal for FB BB venues. UF were pretenders most season, too.
It is what it is....today.
Sugar bowl win is a Sugar bowl win. Quick said he was going to sign with aO$U until he watched ul whoop Florida. Winning the big game does wonders for a program, so do all the other things I've previously mentioned, though. We've got a big name coach now, let's see if he stays. Let's see if casual sports fans realize the Bengals franchise is a sham and support and help finance the bearcats. We got a lot working against us, theyve got a lot working for them.
Keeping your hometown stars in Louisville is a totally different situation at Louisville than at UC. Cincinnati kids have all grown up watching and loving OSU. Until the past 6 years or so UC was irrelevant in football. In Kentucky they couldn't care less about OSU. Just crossing the river makes a huge difference. Almost everyone in Kentucky is either a Louisville or Kentucky fan. Keeping a kid in Louisville from going to OSU is similar to UC keeping a Cincinnati kid from going to Michigan. We've gotten recruits away from Michigan. The problem we have is that Cincinnati kids grow up loving OSU. Kids in Louisville grow up loving Louisville.
I never said it wasn't different. I said it must be nice. I'm well aware of everything working against UC. I still think it must be nice, I want to look at a local four or five star and see him pick UC. Given everything working against uc, who knows if it will ever happen. Again, must be nice. And not all local big time recruits pick aO$U. Hicks picked Texas, Bolden picked Michigan, Stanford picked a school in cali I believe, ware picked LSU, Grace picked ND, Kuechly picked Boston FREAKING College, Watkins has picked Norhtwestern, Rudolph picked ND, Hayes picked Wisconsin, Shane Jones has picked Michigan State. Most are big time schools, sure, but so out there. I would love to see just one of those guys in a UC jersey. But they left. It seems UC isn't an option for local 4 stars or higher, whether its for aO$U or apparently any other freaking school.

Not yet, it isn't.
Cincinnati kids do not all grow up loving tOSU.
Some do but most don't worship at the altar of tOSU.
If they all grew up loving tOSU you wouldn't have kids signing at BC, NC State, LSU, Michigan State, Stanford, UofL, Notre Dame, Florida, etc.
My kids and most of their friends, hate tOSU.
UC needs to keep a head coach longer than 3 years.
FWIW, I don't think Kuechley was that highly recruited, was either a 2 or 3 star, if I recall correctly.
Exactly. We start getting those highly recruited three stars around year three, then the coach bolts and so do the recruits. Jibreel black, wiesman, Luke massa, Kyle kempt, all bail after the coach does. We start trending upward then we have to start all over after three years. Let's hope tubs sticks around. Unfortunately, I'm not holding my breath. And @ Greg, fair enough, my bad.
Or at least if you lose a coach, have someone already on staff capable and deserving of a promotion to avoid the complete reboot. None of the previous staff had anyone close to deserving as a successor IMO. Maybe Gran could be that guy if he's around long enough.
Speaking of local recruits, what ever happened to Kyle Williamson from Madeira? I don't see him on the roster.
Got injured, had surgery, just enrolled as a grey shirt in January 2013.
Tim reported it in the attached thread.
Greyshirts- Zach Edwards (Middletown) and Kyle Williamson (Madeira) are enrolled at UC and will be starting classes next week along with 201
