Havent they changed it up slightly this year where it starts with "Shout!" then goes into Party Rock? The students respond well to it when they are still there and/or the game is close.

I feel like I am in the vast minority here, but I love "Shout." I am a student and I remember my freshman year, the 2009 season, when all the games were sold out and the crowd stayed for nearly the whole game, and when the entire student section takes part, it is a lot of fun. At PBS against UL, my roommates and I looked like we were the only ones dancing and trying to have a good time.

Personally, I love it, but if the rest of the student body isn't going to take part then we need to do something that everyone will do.

Speaking of traditions, this might be a tad off topic but I often wondered how cool it would be if during the national anthem the entire student section made the "u" and "c" with their arms (like in down the drive) coordinated with the "O say can you see" (o say can "u" "c"). Anybody else think that would be cool or do you think that might be distasteful during the national anthem?

Speaking of tradition don't ever stop the Halloween stuff on 3rd downs. Awesome!
