No... we get Syracuse tomorrow.
@CatsClaw... no way we get to a 4 seed. Remember, last year we had an RPI in the 30s. We started today with an RPI of 70.

Last year has nothing to do with this year. Every team is different. Comparing apples to oranges.

Seeing Gerry Mcnamura behind our bench during the game, made me think they were going to hit a three to win it. Great win bearcats.

BDIAS, I was responding to a post from CatsClaw in which he did exactly that. Look at his post.... he indicated that we got smoked in the quarters last year and got a 6, and on that basis we might steal a 5 or a 4. I was merely pointing out that last year was different than this year.
Let's remember, we started out today as a 9 on Joey Brackets' board. Palm still has us at 10 and on the bubble. RealtimeRPI doesn't even have us in. The official NCAA RPI site had us at 70 to start the day.
How does one win over a top 25 team suddenly boost us from a 9 to a 4 or 5?

What a game....Gates was a beast. Our defense was stoug, we took care of the ball in the second half and both OT's, and Cash once again was MONEY on the game winner with the clock winding down.

Holly a bunch of words I can't say here. What a great job by mick. I think we had twice as many 3s taken in the 1st half than the last 30 mins. Also defensive adjustments were amazing. Great win. Twitter is fun to read right now.

An RPI win counts at the time the game was played. It wouldn't matter if they fell out. It would still be 3 top 10 RPI wins is my understanding.

Just finished watching the game as I had to dvr it since I had knee surgery today!! Awesome!!!! Definitely not good for the knee as a couple times I lept from the couch!! Haha

My numbers land us as 6 or 7. if we lose 7 ...if we win tomorrow 4 or 5 depending if we win toureny......s curve 25 ...right now

Great win i stop watching with 8 minutes left an we were down ten i thought we were doomed..Every time i do this the bearcats always end up coming back to win the game, i love this team

Awesome win. Didn't use much bench today starters played 45+ minutes hope that doesn't hurt us tomorrow. Thank the lord for the double bye. They definetly have a ton of grit and heart that needs to carry us through. GO CATS

the uniforms are red. They just look orange on TV because of the shiny material. They are very red in person.

Interesting note, the committee supposedly puts a good deal of stock in Top 100 wins and Georgia just became a Top 100 win after beating Miss State (Georgia at 97). Obviously helps the profile; RPI, SOS, quality wins. So root for Georgia against Vandy!

Our profile looks a lot better than I thought, except for the strength of schedule numbers. We are currently 6-3 against the top 50, 9-6 against the top 100, and 9-5 on road and neutral courts.
