Love to see how people react. Grey uniforms are not happening and they are not in the locker room. White uniforms were in the locker room and black ones. I LOVE the new black uniforms and I wish I could buy the shorts for myself. Those are some of the best looking shorts I've ever seen for a basketball team. I liked the white uniforms, just wish it looked more red instead of orange.
Now to the Adidas stuff...I really love what Adidas has done far more than what Nike did. If you look bask at the Nike unis for both basketball and football, they were boring and basic. Basketball jerseys with blocks down the side like half the teams in the country. Football jerseys that Have a single strip down the side. All boring. I think UC has some sick football uniforms with the scratches down the pants. The basketball jerseys look pretty awesome with the scratches on the shoulders. They are unique to UC and I feel that Adidas has done an amazing job. Could they be altered? sure they could. I know the players that I talk to want the shoulders to not be as wide. Small adjustments could be made, but Adidas has been great overall. There is also a ridiculous amount of UC apperal in both bookstores and new stuff has come out every year. Not sure what people are complaining about. We don;t have the fan base of OSU and don't have UC stores all around the area, so what they have now is just fine. they've brought in new stuff every year and it has all bee pretty great quality..especially the sweats. If you want to go to Nike, I would refer you to the football uniforms that OSU wore the last 2 seasons against Michigan. They were the most hideous creations ever. I hope you don't want that.

OK, I don't want to get into an argument, but that is grey. If you compare them to the ones Louisville wore the night befoe which are white you can definitely see a difference. In that picture you linked to you can see the difference between the white outline on the numbers to the grey behind it. That middle panel where the number is has none of the stripe design. The base is a light grey.

The jerseys they wore today were not grey at all. the base color was completely white and had a light grey as the accent color on the shorts. They are called the white jerseys, but because of the grey camo, they don't look pure white. http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/photos?gameId=320682132&photoId=1906279
I made that comment because there were people on these boards saying that the uniforms would be a dark grey like this: https://p.twimg.com/AnUPUsSCQAAck73.jpg.
What they wore today is very very white compared to what someone had said before.

The thing about the Nike basketball uniforms (with the blocks down the side) is that we had those unis pretty much before anyone else. In other words, everyone else copied UC.
I don't necessarily disagree with you about Adidas. They have been a good partner to UC and I don't totally hate the uniforms absent some adjustments to the basketball uniforms as you mentioned.
Personally, I liked the uniforms yesterday. They were catchy to the eye and I am going to guess the younger people will really like them. Our uniforms are much better than Louisville and Baylor who are the other teams in Adidas' test run. I am looking forward to seeing the black uniforms.
